VanDyke SecureFX 6.1.1 Build 383 → SoftWare - InterNet Tools04.10.2008 17:25 | Posted by maloy30 | Views 166 | Tags ![]() VanDyke SecureFX 6.1.1 Build 383 - 9.6 SecureFX 6.1.1 Build 383 - is a high-security file transfer client with flexible configuration options and support for SFTP SFTP is an abbreviation for the Secure Shell File Transfer Protocol; a secure version of the FTP protocol which is used to transfer files between computers on a network and FTP. SecureFX combines an easy-to-use, Explorer - like interface with advanced features including relentless file transfers, remote editing, public-key and Kerberos v5 (GSSAPI) authentication The process of verifying that an individual truly is who he or she claims to be. Supplying a password is a very common method of authentication., and site synchronization. When you connect to a site that supports SSH2, SecureFX has everything you need to create a fully encrypted SFTP session. With SecureFX it is easier than ever to perform secure file transfers. Establish a secure connection with a mouse click, or type a server name in the Quick Connect dialog, and then drag and drop files to and from the server and your desktop, Windows Explorer, and other applications. Or perform fully automated, unattended file transfers with the SFXCL command-line utility. "Relentless" file transfers automatically reconnect and resume transfers when connections are broken, and Quick Sync provides one-click synchronization between your local files and server. With the tree-based session manager, arrange hundreds of sites any way you like. The Activator tray utility reduces desktop clutter and allows you to access any open sessions from one convenient menu. Named sessions allow you to save preferences for individual sites. Named firewalls can be used on a session-specific basis so that you can work from multiple locations with different firewalls. Firewall options include generic proxy, which supports HTTPS and SSL. SecureFX also provides support for IPv6 and the ability to run multiple instances of the application. SecureFX supports AES, 3DES, RC4, Blowfish, and Twofish ciphers. Authentication methods include password, and public-key authentication, as well as Kerberos v5 authentication via GSSAPI. RSA and DSA key formats are supported for host keys and public keys. If you need both terminal emulation and file transfer, SecureCRT and SecureFX share session options so configuring a server connection only needs to be done once. Or for a complete file transfer solution, combine SecureFX with the VShell server to provide fine-tuned file transfer privileges on a user or group basis. New Features for SecureFX 6.1.1Build 383: Bug fixes: - SecureFX 6.1 could not connect to VShell versions 2.3.x through 2.4.3. - In the Connect dialog, doing a Find Next after deleting a session that had been found using Find caused SecureFX to crash. - In the Global Options dialog, on the Advanced category under File Transfer, an "Invalid Octal digit" message was displayed even though the values were valid. - Global Secure Shell configuration information was not being migrated. - If two sessions had the same name, hostname, and username, they were combined during migration, but only the terminal protocol was set.
