I paid a premium account thinking I would have unlimited downloads, as you should know, sometimes downloads take long, that´s why sometimes I left my home PC downloading files while I go to work. New RS policy stands I won't be able to use my premium account in my work while downloading at home. Besides, most of users have dynamic IP, so it's expected IP change every day.

On tuesday I made a payment and I should say I don't agree new RS policy, I think it´s arbitrary, they should ask if accepted before pay. I'm not sharing my premium account but I use it in different PC's: my home & my work, both different & dynamic IP's and many times simultaneously.

I want refund of my payment.

thats why megaShares is better.no limets on size of files, how much you download price .

shit !!!, when rapidshare does suspend my account... i would never use it anymore.

If we all stand together and no longer use rapidshare or extend our accounts they are bound to feel it and hopefully withdraw this stupid rule. This is a huge problem for many of us Premium users who access rapidshare from home and work with different networks. Unacceptable - lets boycot them.

made some money and now the idiots gonna go same way as other greedy fools......downhill.

I use RS in four locations and signed up with the old rules and expect RS to abide by the rules set out when I signed up.

I have not and will not agree to any changes in contract and will want full refunds and will consider if possible to open lawsuit for them not providing the service agreed to when I signed up.

if you share with more than 10 people (IP), than account will be suspend, and this rules exist long time ago.

Now is not allowed in same time sharing more than one IP .

Hello,

Kindly note, because these days despite the interdiction the amount of shared
accounts was rising, we had to take action. If the last number in your IP
change, this will not cause the problem. The first three numbers must be same.

Example:
123.255.7.234
123.255.7.232
- -> simultaneous downloads possible

123.45.67.89
123.45.60.11
- -> no simultaneous downloads possible

So from now on, it is only allowed to sign up to your account from one place
at the same time.

Please make sure that everytime you signed up to your account from another
computer you delete the cookies afterwards, so you will not be blocked if you
download from your computer again.

With the link „View Logs” in the premium zone you can see how much you
have downloaded on each day and from what IP-address.

If there are IP-addresses listed that you do not know, please change your
password (and maybe your e-mail address) in the premium zone using the link
„settings“ and make sure that your computer and email-address are
secure so nobody could access your RapidShare-account.

Different provider at each place...
Different first 3 digits in the IP....
